We offer several methods for you to connect to MacinCloud:

1. You can use the traditional remote desktop connection method to connect. We will provide you the link to download the connection files in the new account email.

2. You can use our BrowserConnectTM (Beta) feature which allows you to use your web browser to access MacinCloud! Don't forget to try it after you subscribe to our service. The access link will also be included in your new account email.

3. You can also connect using any iOS devices (iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch) or connect from a Linux or Mac computer. Please review our Knowledge Base in the Help menu for more details.

During the first day trial period, we recommend that you simulate the actual usage condition, that is, use the computer or device at locations where you would use the actual MacinCloud service. Please contact us if you experience any issues during the trial.

Step 3: Enjoy Our Service. If You Need Assistance, Please Contact Us. If this is the first time you use a cloud service, many things may not work exactly as it used to be. Please review our Help menu and contact us for questions that you may have.
