Note: Whenever you have a question, you can always reach our support by using the Help > Support > New Support Ticket or Contact Us link at the top of the page.

Step 1 (Optional but Recommended) - Sign Up for a Free Website Account - This is required only if you wish to sign up a Pay-as-You-Go plan.

The best way to get started is to sign up for a free web account at MacinCloud.com. You will receive a free MacinCloud website account to access our exclusive member area. If you have not done this yet, you may sign up here.

During the sign up process, you will:

  • Fill out the registration form - Please make sure to provide us your actual email address so the email verification may reach you without any problems. We uses Captcha to prevent registration bots. If you are not able to recognize the text you can either use the Captcha refresh button or the voice prompt.
  • Log in your account and start browsing - Your user name is your email address.
After logging in, more items will appear in the header menu bar. You can find membership details under the new menu item Member
Note: We will continue to add more features to the website. As a result, the menu items may change in the future.

Step 2 - Experience a Free Trial

All of our monthly and weekly subscription plans are FREE for the first day! Simply subscribe to a plan and use it within the first 24 hours. If you wish to cancel, you may do so in your Paypal account at any time.

IMPORTANT: Test your network speed and latency against our UK or US data centers using the following tools to make sure that your network connection meets our system requirements. You will experience slow perceived performance if your network is slower than the recommended speed and latency:

 

  • Network speed test (Upload speed >1Mbps against London, UK or Los Angeles, USA servers recommended) click here to test.
  • Network latency test (<150ms against the same London, UK or Los Angeles, USA servers recommended) click here to test.

 

We offer two methods for you to connect to MacinCloud:

1. We launched the BrowserConnectTM (Beta) feature which allows you to use your web browser to access MacinCloud! Don't forget to try it after you subscribe to our service.

2. Alternatively, you can use the traditional remote desktop connection method to connect.

During the first-day trial period, we recommend you to simulate the actual usage condition, that is, use the computer at locations where you would use the actual MacinCloud service. Please let us know if you experience any issues during the trial.

Step 3 - Enjoy Our Service

That's it! If you like the service, your subscription will automatically starts after the first day trial. Please feel free to contact us if your questions are not answered in our FAQ or Knowledge Base.

 

*For your payment security, we use Paypal to process all payments. You may use any credit card to pay using the Paypal checkout process.

Note: Majority of our service plans are subscription based. To unsubscribe, simply log in your Paypal account and cancel the subscription.
